Due to the hand crafted nature of our products; All Sales Are Final! We are committed to our customer's satisfaction with our products.

If you purchased items from one of our retail partners, please follow their return policies. Please notify us at care@naturallyme.us or 919.519.0783 if you receive damaged items. Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 7 business days provided all items are in stock. Standard shipping can take 3 to 7 days after processing. If you select expedited shipping, it does not affect our typical 7 business days processing time. Please note most of our products are made upon order to give our customers the freshest product possible. Most orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service. You will receive tracking information once your order is packaged and ready for delivery to the USPS. Orders shipped internationally will be shipped USPS.

In an effort to help reduce waste, we recycle packaging peanuts, paper and boxes, whenever possible.
